Being an interaction designer with software development experience gives me a unique perspective on the design process, which informs my individual design practice. While working as an engineer, I had a hand in developing complex software in domains ranging from fintech to telecommunications, and was able to see and understand first-hand the importance of delivering products that are not only functional, but intuitive to use.
